- Host or distribute adult content or pornography
- Promote or facilitate drug-related activities
- Upload or share any personal data (yours or others')
- Violate any intellectual property rights
- Attempt to compromise system security or integrity
Important: Any account suspected of violating these terms will be immediately suspended without notice. All data associated with suspended accounts will be permanently deleted.
2. Account Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Regularly backing up your content (we are not responsible for data loss)
- Ensuring your content complies with these terms
3. Data Management
LearnWP is a learning environment, not a production hosting service:
- We perform regular system maintenance which may result in temporary downtime
- We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms
- You should maintain your own backups of all content
- We are not responsible for any data loss under any circumstances
4. Service Limitations
Our service is designed for educational purposes:
- No cPanel or advanced hosting features are provided
- No custom domains are allowed (subdomains only)
- No database or server-level access is provided
- No uptime guarantees are provided
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable for 6-month and 12-month plans:
- 75% refund if requested within 7 days of purchase
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to refund@learnwp.co.in
- No refunds for monthly or 3-month plans
- No refunds after 7 days for any plan
6. Changes to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use our services after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
